Tolonate™ HDT-LV2

Description
• Solvent free, very low viscosity aliphatic polyisocyanate based on Hexamethylene
  Diisocyanate trimer (HDI homopolymer). This product is supplied at 100 % solids and is
  designed to reduce volatile organic compounds (VOC) emissions of the formulations.

Applications
• Like Tolonate™ HDT-LV, Tolonate™ HDT-LV2 is used as a cross-linker of
  hydroxylated polymers, notably polyesters and polyacrylates, in the preparation
  of two component polyurethane systems showing excellent outdoor durability
  and mechanical properties in conjunction with outstanding resistance to
  solvents, abrasion and chemicals.
• Because of its very low viscosity Tolonate™ HDT-LV2 can be used in higher solids
  systems than other trimers or biurets and can also be used in solvent-free and
  waterborne two-component polyurethane coatings.
